SMART Investment Strategy
IN BOTH MY BOOKS, I TALK ABOUT USING A SMART investment strategy. This strategy has been developed over my years of investment and wealth management. It is based on understanding the following precepts:
- The relationship between the business and market cycles
- How to utilize “stock sector” investing timed to the cycles
- How to use valuable tools to mitigate the risks of unpredictable market declines
- How to identify the winning stocks
- How to avoid stocks that are already past their prime
- How not to pay too much for a stock
- How to ride the “bull” markets and get out early when a “bear” market approaches
In my books, I will walk you through these principles using clear, straight-forward explanations, along with charts and graphs, inspiring citations about wealth creation, and artwork that will keep you reading, learning, and creating a SMART investment plan for your future.
